MATERIAL OF REASONS ORGANIZING

Organizing is The process of deploying  resources to achieve strategic goals. Organizing is so important in the organization, because without organizing we’ll difficult for establish line of authority. Line of authority can creates order in the group. In the organization we need planning for improving quality of worker. Within do organizing we through two step :
1.      Process
a course of action, a route, a progression
2.      Structure
an arrangement, a configuration, a construction

Why we must do organizing…?
Reasons we must do organizing
First, we establish line of authority.
Authority is power based on the rights that come with a position.
·         President                     :  Can order troops into battle
·         CEO                            :  To make important decisions
·         Store Managers           :  To approve returns or offer discounts on damaged merchandise.
Authority in the organizing
a.       The formal rights of a manager to manage
b.      Vested in the organizational position, not the person.
c.       Provides the manager with positional power
d.      Authority is accepted by the subordinates
e.       Authority flow from the top, down.
Secondly, efficiency and quality of work.
The best efficiency and quality work could create a comfortable working atmosphere and give a boost to bring new ideas that can advance the organization, and can give the effect, among others:
(1) Improving Synergism
(2) Design Manufacturing Interface
(3) Heightened Employee Motivation
(4) High tech  Marketing Interface.
Synergism can result product of good organization.
A final reasons for organizing is to Improving communication.
Good Organization clearly provide channels of communication among the members of the organization. Such a system ensures more efficient communication. the core of improving communication is possible the communication channels among members of the organization clearly defined.

Simple Past Tense
Simple Past, is the description of the time that has lamapu or actions just mentioned and is understood to have occurred in the past. The action begins and ends sometime in the past.
Examples:
a.       She read this Koran (Verbal)
b.      He was so sad (Nominal)
c.       He did not bring his book (Verbal)

            Yesterday
            Two days ago
Last month

Here are the patterns.
1.      Positive statement
S + V.2  + O
 Examples:
She wrote a Letter
He read a Koran

2.      Negative sentence
 S + did + Not + V.1 + O
Examples:
She did not write a Letter
I did not go to College

3.      Interrogative Sentence
Did + S + V.1 + O
Examples:
            Did Tina go to Village?
            Did Ayu buy a banana?

Conclusion: to increase the maximum work ethic dlaam an organization and achieve the goals that we expect exactly, we are not good at organizing in running the organization.
